Dr Antoi Roets joined PathCare as an anatomical pathologist in March 2022.  Antoi matriculated in 2008 and completed her MBChB at the University of the Free State in 2013. After two years of internship and one year of community service, she started as an anatomical pathology registrar in 2017. She obtained her FCPath (SA) Anatomical Pathology and MMED in Anatomical Pathology from the University of the Free State in July 2021. She also obtained her DipRCPath from the Royal College of Pathologists (UK). She worked as a consultant anatomical pathologist at the NHLS at Universitas Hospital laboratory from 2021 until early 2022.

Although Antoi enjoys all aspects of surgical pathology, she has a keen interest in neuropathology, soft tissue pathology and pulmonary pathology.
