Dr Diana Jaravaza joined PathCare in 2023 as an anatomical Pathologist. She graduated from Medunsa (now Sefako Makgatho University), before going to Durban for her internship. She then worked as a forensic medical officer in Windhoek, before completing a Master’s in forensic pathology in Melbourne.  From 2015 to 2017, she worked at UCT Forensic pathology before taking up a registrar post at Tygerberg hospital. She obtained her MMed and Anatomical pathology fellowship in 2022. Diana then worked as a general anatomical pathology consultant at Tygerberg hospital for a year, before joining PathCare.

Diana enjoys general surgical and autopsy pathology, with a special interest in gynaecological, breast, and neuropathology.
