Dr Engela Lange joined PathCare in January 2015.
Engela completed her undergraduate medical studies at the University of the Free State in 1997 and obtained her M.Med (Haem) degree at the same university in 2003.
Engela worked for two years as consultant and lecturer in the Department of Haematology, NHLS in Bloemfontein before she joined an independent private laboratory start-up. Engela worked in private practice in Bloemfontein for nine years before relocating to George.
Engela is a haematology pathologist with particular interest in coagulation, haematological malignancies and passionate empathy for patients suffering from malignancies. Additional interests include leadership development, ethics and sustainable business practice.
