Dr Mariana Lloyd studied at Pretoria University, obtaining an MBChB (1999) and DTMH (2003).
She then attended the College of Medicine (SA), achieving MCFP (2004), FCFP (2006) (Fellow of college of Family Practitioners); FC Path (Chem) 2010.
In 2009, Mariana obtained her M.Med (Chem Path) from the University of the Free State.
Mariana did her internship at Sebokeng Hospital before taking on positions such as medical officer at the Ear, Nose and Throat Department, Kalafong Hospital.
She also enjoyed stints as medical officer for the family, emergency medicine and physician departments at Kalafong Hospital. She was the medical officer at the dermatology department at the Universitas Hospital and Registrar at the Chemical Pathology department NHLS, Universitas hospital.
Mariana jointed PathCare (Drs Voigt & partners) in Bloemfontein and for Northern region.
Her special interests include Chemical Pathology, Allergy and Autoimmune laboratory investigations
