Dr Nerissa Lazarus joined PathCare in January 2003, servicing the Vaal Triangle in Gauteng.
Nerissa completed her under-graduate and post-graduate degrees at the University of Natal and her internship at King Edward VIII Hospital in Durban.
She worked in the Department of Surgery at Madadeni Hospital in Kwa-Zulu Natal from 1989 to 1990.
With an interest in Cytopathology, Nerissa headed the Cytology Laboratory at Addington Hospital, Regional Laboratory Services, Durban.
Nerissa served as a Consultant Specialist Pathologist and Lecturer at the University of Natal until December 2002.
